What is Sketch drawing?
A vector drawing format associated with Sketch/Skencil.
Preserves supported shapes, text, styles and pages. Gradients, arrows, external resources and custom geometry require another editor.
Technical details
Skencil .sk files are plain ASCII, line-oriented records; the document starts with a document() function, followed by page settings and layered drawing objects. [1]
Background and compatibility
The Skencil file format uses Python-like function calls and literals; its parser reads the records as a document description rather than executable Python. [1]
