What is Symbolic Link?
A text-based spreadsheet interchange format using records for cell positions, values, and related information. The SLK extension is also commonly used.
Single-sheet values only; formula calculation and macro execution are unavailable.
Technical details
LibreOffice Calc maps both .slk and .sylk files to the SYLK spreadsheet filter. [1]
Background and compatibility
The command-line importer can select that filter explicitly with --infilter="SYLK". [2]
